倪科斯博士是中欧国际工商学院运营管理学教授、副教务长、GEMBA课程主任。在加入中欧前，他曾是瑞士洛桑国际管理发展学院的运营及服务管理教授。他还曾在伦敦商学院和雅典工商管理学院任教。

倪科斯教授的研究领域包括运营战略、服务管理和供应链管理。他的研究成果多次刊登在管理学核心期刊里，其中包括：《管理科学》、《运营管理期刊》、《制造与服务运营管理》、《产品与运营管理》、《决策科学》以及《服务研究杂志》。目前，他正致力于航空，零售及金融服务产业相关案例的研究。

Professor of Operations Management, Associate dean for Global EMBA Programme

Professor Tsikriktsis's areas of interest include operations strategy, service management and supply chain management. His articles have appeared in several leading journals includingManagement Science, Journal of Operations Management, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production & OperationsManagement, Decision SciencesandJournal of Service Research. Currently he is researching and developing cases in the airline, retailing and financial serviceindustries.

Prior to CEIBS, he was Professor of Operations and Service Management at IMD, Switzerland and a faculty member at London Business School (UK) and at ALBA (Greece).
